The idea

We are bringing a concept of a Holiday Park into a country that has not had any similar parks so far, while the demand for such a complex is huge.

This idea has already proven to be successful in countries worldwide.
We have designed a complex that offers entertainment, education, sports facilities for kids and adults, as well as professional facilities for business people, supported by a large accommodation base.

This would be the first development in Poland at such scale. It is located in the place called “The Green Lungs of Europe”, among deep forests, within the curves of the ancient San River

Holiday Parks have already proven to be a great idea in western countries. Our research has shown that western Europe has a large number of similar developments already completed or under development. Some of the numbers are shown on the map.

However, there is a lack of them in the eastern part of the continent. At the same time smaller scale and less professional existing facilities show more income every year.

There is a high demand for such facilities in this part of Europe. San Valley would be the first one in the area.
