San Valley

The development consists of two sites linked by the San River and public roads. Wołodź holds sports facilities, fun parks for kids, family and elite accommodation including the SPA Hotel. Siedliska is more quiet with its local brewery, restaurant, and agritouristic fish farms.

Site 1 - Wołodź

Area: 974,900 m2 Lakes and pools: 288,200 m2

Wołodź site is the main and the bigger one of the two sites. It has been packed with sports facilities, accommodation, fun and educational activities for kids and professional facilities for business ( SPA Hotel & Conference Centre ).

The area can be accessed from existing public roads via three entrances but also by boat or kayak via the San River. This means people can take a few hours long sail from the southern stretches of Poland and stop here in San Valley.

Using shuttle services, we can then build a network of river-and-road connections linking local touristic attractions with San Valley as its heart and destination. The river will also be used to move between Wołodź and the other site – Siedliska.

We’ve divided the area into a few zones depending on their function:

1) Sports – indoor + outdoor
2) Kids – fun and education
3) Business – Conference Centre + SPA Hotel
4) Golf – golf course, Club House, driving range

with parks and beaches, and accommodation facilities between them.

Over 2 km in distance from one point to another and a 5 km long loop around the site means there is plenty of terrain for walkers, runners, rollerblades and bicycles. For those, who find these distances too much, we’ve suggested a possibility of renting an electric bike or electric moped to get around Wołodź easily, or to get to the other site – Siedliska – without a hassle

Site 2 - Siedliska

Area: 310 100 m2 Lake 2: 6 700 m2, Lake 3: 14 000 m2, Lake 4: 80 000 m2

Siedliska site is located further North, also along the River San and within its C-shaped curve. It has been designed around 4 lakes, 3 of which belong to this complex.

This area represents a completely different value – it is smaller scale, quieter and more isolated than Wołodź. It focuses on different activities involving fishing and agritouristic fish farms. It also can be used as backup accommodation base for the other site – Wołodź. Fish that come from local farms and beer from local brewery are a great attraction available at the restaurant around the corner. A modern waste-treatment plant provides an ecological way of dealing with waste and helps to keep the complex eco-friendly
