San Valley is located at the crossroads of the A4 motorway that runs across southern Poland from Germany all the way to Ukraine and the Via Carpatia that connects Baltic Sea with the Black Sea cutting across Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria.

The development is placed between deep curves of the San River, among deep forests and picturesque hills.
The neighbouring Bieszczady and Natura 2000 Reserves really do bring the visitor as close to the virgin nature as you could possibly get. Having said that, just next to the river there are several lakes around which San Valley is designed.
