Business area

Business area is located at the east side of the lake with a large four-star SPA Hotel as its main feature. 162 double rooms and 5 apartments have been designed around internal courtyards to get the the most of beautiful views outwards: onto the lake, the river and the surrounding hills.

A large swimming pool building welcomes its users with a panoramic view through a glazed screen onto the entire complex.

Just outside, towards the lake, you will find 2 outdoor pools and a bar with its ground floor walls glazed floor-to-ceiling and a terrace on the first floor – again to use the amazing views as background for top floor meetings and parties.

In front of the bar building you can see a pier that cuts into the lake.
The conference building is linked with the hotel with a pergola and can fit up to 800 visitors simultaneously. This capacity allows to hold large company events, seminars and meetings. It also can be converted into a cinema.

North of the Hotel we’ve placed a park with alleys that can be used for outdoor exhibitions, events and presentations. From here you can cross the river through an existing, already famous local attraction – a rope bridge.
